containing residual water, the reservoir having an opening to allow the solution to drainfrom the reservoir. A membrane layer is provided comprising a first layer (104) of
fluoropolymer and a second layer of fluoropolymer (105). The membrane is positioned inseries with the reservoir opening. Vacuum is generated on one side of the membranelayer wherein the solvent containing water passes through the membrane thereinremoving water from the solvent to provide a solvent with a water level of less than orequal to 1.0 ppm.
