摘要：A network device such as a user equipment (UE) or an evolved NodeB (eNB) canprocess pre-authorized quality of service (QoS) rules including one or more QoSparameters or markers for use over a next-generation (NextGen) radio access network(RAN) or an evolved universal mobile telecommunications system terrestrial radio access(E-UTRA) configured to connect to the NextGen core network. The pre-authorized QoSrules enable the UE to initiate or modify data radio bearers supporting traffic flow that ispre-authorized by the one or more pre-authorized QoS rules.
