Good morning/afternoon teachers and classmates, In the first grade,my parents took me to the Great Wall. It was thefirst time I went to Beijing.As they always say, \"You are not a hero if youdon't go to the Great Wall.\" I had always wanted to be there to see mybeautiful motherland. The day when I arrived there.

there were so manypeople from all over the world. I felt very tired when going up the stairs,but when I reached the top, I didn't feel tired anymore.I finally realizedhow beautiful my country is.

Later, I also went to many other places like West Lake, the ImperialPalace and so on. From the TV and Internet, I've taste the charm of thoseamazing natural or man-made views; I've realized that the meaning ofthem is not only a symbol of a beautiful view, but also the the culturalpower that tells Chinese stories to foreign visitors. This is China,acountry with years of history that attracts attention from the whole world.

Each place has its own fruits. Influenced by the beautiful naturalenvironment and the long history, China has always been making greatefforts to develop. Starting from a poor and

weak situation, just after 70years of development, China becomes the second largest economy in theworld. People's living standards have been greatly improved. If we wantto buy something, we don't need to go outside; online shopping is fastand convenient. If we want to go out, there aredifferent kinds oftransportation like subway and sharing bike. Besides, with the efforts ofall Chinese scientists,China has been a strongcountry with hightechnologies that help China stand up in the worldstage. This is China, acountry with a strong belief that always promotes the economic andtechnological development.In my mind, this is China; these are Chinese people. Beautifulnatural sights as they stand in Chinese land, they will continue to providemore cultural treasures to the world; Typical spiritsas they are reflectedamong Chinese people, they will continue to tell more Chinese stories tothe world. As the young students, we need to study hard.
