摘要：A tubular structure (21) composed mainly of a sheet material (22) formed froma thickened solution of an ultraviolet-curing resin in which high-strength fibers aredispersed, is inserted into a pipeline (7) so as to face a damaged part (26) thereof, isexpanded into intimate contact with the inner surface of the pipeline (7), and is irradiatedwith ultraviolet light on its inner surface, whereby the resin is cured. Sealing members (24,24') capable of swelling with water are fitted about the opposite end portions of thetubular structure (21) so that the sealing members (24, 24') may be located on theopposite sides of the damaged part (26) of the pipeline (7) from each other.
