摘要：The invention relates to a connecting element (1) for a vibration- and sound-damping connection between two components (2, 3), comprising a retaining rail (4) whichextends in a longitudinal direction (X) and which has a base connecting piece (4.1) thatextends in the longitudinal direction (X) and two lateral connecting pieces (4.2) that startfrom the base connecting piece (4.1), are mutually spaced, and extend in the longitudinaldirection (X). A gap (5) which runs in the longitudinal direction (X) is formed between thetwo lateral connecting pieces (4.2) such that the retaining rail (4) has a C-shaped cross-section. The connecting element also comprises a plate-shaped element (7) which isretained within the retaining rail (4) and which has at least one bore (8). The at least onebore (8) in the plate-shaped element (7) lies within the outer boundary of the retainingrail (4) with respect to the longitudinal direction (X). The connecting element alsocomprises a rubber-elastic damping material (9) which is arranged between the retainingrail (4) and the plate-shaped element (7) at least in some sections and in which at leasttwo edges (7.1) of the plate-shaped element (7) are embedded such that the plate-shaped element (7) does not contact the retaining rail. The invention further relates to aconnecting arrangement (12) comprising such a connecting element (1) and to a rail
vehicle comprising at least one such connecting arrangement (12).
