摘要：A method and system is disclosed for displaying service and maintenance
information for a plurality of building sites online. A customer web portal is provided witha database for storing service information for a plurality of building sites. The web portalprovides an efficient way of determining the service activity for a plurality of building siteswithout the need for maintaining service related information at individual building sites.The present invention allows a user to obtain service information organized by buildingsite, call status and system.
