第一条:出勤准时守纪。天天按时到校上课、不迟到、不早退、不旷课。(迟到.早退者扣1分)

第二条:一节课只有45分钟,可以说课堂上分秒是黄金,希望我们每一位同学能够自觉遵守课堂纪律。(如果在上课时被老师批评,就要抄课文一篇)

第三条:作业是老师了解同学对知识了解多少的途径,按时完成作业是每个合格学生应该做到的基本标准。(没按时没成作业的要抄课文一篇,并把作业补齐.如果是被老师表扬则加一分)

第四条:考试是在检查我们对知识的掌握程度,每一分都应该来的真实,因此,在考试中决不能有作弊的现象。为自己负责,决不作弊!

14.上课认真听讲,紧跟老师思路,不起哄,不做与学习无关的事,勤学善问好思;课后独立、认真、及时完成并交作业,巩固并加深对所学知识的理解。

15.自习时谈论问题,只限谈论者听到,不能以谈论问题为由说笑及做影响他人学习的事情。

16.班干部在学习、纪律、卫生等各方面要以身作则并起带头作用,其他同学要支持班干部工作,有意见要以合适方式向老师或班干部提出。

一、小组组建

1、小组建设的意义

⑴它是高效课堂的两条支柱(导学案和小组建设)之一 ⑵利用学习小组的好处:

①打破了原来单一的“插秧式”的授课方式,更能体现“以生为本”的理念。

②培养了学生之间的交流合作能力,小组合作学习的意义远远超出了学习的本身。

③培养了团结协作的集体主义精神。

④分组合作增加了学生展示的机会,增强了学生的自信心,特别是后进生参与课堂展示的机会更多了。

⑤有利于落实兵教兵、兵练兵、兵强兵的小对子帮扶工程。 ⑥有利于实行分层次教学,教学中更注重了学生的个体差异。 ⑦增强了学生自我管理的能力,更有利于班主任的管理。 2、如何划分学习小组 ⑴小组划分的原则

小组划分应遵循“同质结对,异质编组,组间平行”的基本编组原则,根据学生各自不同的学业成绩、心理特征、性格特点、兴趣爱好、学习能力、家庭情况等方面组成学习能力相当的学习小组,一般以异质为主,使小组成员之间具有一定的互补性和个性化。同时保持组与组之间的同质,以便促进组内合作与组间竞争。 ①男女比例分配要适中

有的老师分配小组只是简单的按成绩分,没有结合班级内学生的性别比例进行合理搭配,这是非常不科学的,要想让小组的效益最大化,还必须注意小组内成员的性别搭配,也就是男女生比例要合理调配好。这样做有几点好处:

一是思维的互补性。一般情况下男同学抽象思维较好,敢想敢做,思维跳跃性大;女同学形象思维较好;男同学粗心大意,女同学细心认真。这样男女同学搭配,能让他们优势互补。

二是便于竞争。小组学习既竞争又合作,如果男女比例搭配合适,老师可以在小组评比的基础上再开展男女生比赛,以此来最大限度地激发调动学生的积极主动性。 ②学生性格搭配要互补

无论是在分班还是在分组时,老师应该注意学生性格的差异,尤其是开放性的课堂,如果不把外向内向性格的同学搭配好,那么小组的同学在课堂中便不能很好的配合,让各小组都能抢到展示的机会。所以老师必须把外向的同学平均分配到各个小组织中,只有这样才能让外向的同学带动内向的同学,从而得到更好的提升。

作为老师更应该不断对同学进行指导,让他们在课堂中能够充分的展示自己,把自己亮丽的一面显示出来,只有展示才会有提升,因为这样你才会得到不断的完善。 ③优势学科与弱势学科要结合好

小组互助式教学,有助于同学间的互帮互助,那么作为班主任在排位时更应该注意,在同一个小组内,应该让数学、英语、物理、化学等各科都有带头人,不能都偏某一学科,否则容易造成交流时无人交流,帮扶时没有优生可进行指导。老师应该结合学生的学科成绩,把各小组的同学根据学科优势和劣势进行合理的微调,这样更便于帮扶与交流。 ④座位的安排要合理

兵练兵、兵教兵、兵强兵是学生合作学习最好的效果,作为班主任应该为同学们创设这样的机会,因此在座位的安排上应该有所规划,从而让学生在同一小组内,优生可以相互探讨,后进生也可以非常容易的请教优生。一般来说,我们座位的排布是优秀生居中(通常是正副组长对坐),中等程度和待转化生同学在两边,这样优生与优生可以随时交流,优生与待转化生也可以随时进行交流。 ⑤阶段性随机调整

小组内成员固定好后,并不是一劳永逸、一成不变的,经过一段时间的观察、评比,也许会因为当初小组初建时无法预设的情况,小组成员之间的配合、小组之间的实力出现一些问题,这时老师就应该及时的进行调整。该协调的协调,如果协调还不行,就应该考虑对座位进行调整。决不能怕麻烦,任其自由发展下去。 ⑵具体分组方法

合作学习小组的人数因学段高低不同而不同。确定小组人数时,应该充分考虑学生年龄大小和自主性强弱等因素,根据学生年龄大小和自主性强弱等因素适度增减小组人数。一般年龄越小,自主性越弱,合作小组人数就越少;反之合作人数可以适度递增。每班以6个小组为宜,每组6—10人(一二年级可以考虑每组4人);若班额较大,组员较多时,还可以组内再分为a、b两小组。)每组学生编好座位后每个学习小组6人中,按照学生知识基础、心理特征、性格特点、兴趣爱好、学习能力、家庭情况等分为a、b、c三类,6人形成aa、bb、cc的组内成员结构。a类学生我们称做特优生,b类学生称做优秀生,c类学生称做待优生,a、b、c类学生既有个性发展的类似性,又有学习程度上的不同。在学习过程中,可以实现a对a、b对b、c对c的分类合作交流,使学习更具有明确的针对性,同时,可以实现a教b、b教c的目的,使每个人都能实现“最近发展区”的学习目标。这样分组,提供了a与a、b与b、c与c的交流合作条件,又有利于a帮b、b帮c,充分利用了学生间的差异资源,进一步优化了班内、组内学生学习的最优学习环境,达到了共同进步的目的。实现“把教学相长延伸到整个课堂,让差异资源衍生出万千学长。”
