there are several factors behind it, the most important factor maybe that our society put too much attention on the certifations in stead of the real ablity. most positions requires the applier graduating from the university. then some people try to buy fake diploma to get the position first.
it may be understandable for people using the fake diploma. but the the harmful effect of the fake diploma should not be ingored. at first, the fake diploma is cheating. in most cases, the one who holds the fake diploma is not qualified to the work. thus he may make thing disorder and bring trouble to the employer. further more, if the work has a high technical requirement, it will be dangour for the persong without any trains. not only the work he produced is dangour, but also his own life is out of security. on the other hand, using fake diploma is unfair for those holding the real diploma. people with fake diploma always ask less from the employers, so they are more likely to be employed. it is quite unfair for those have spent money and time in getting the real diploma.

Why this phenomenon is so serious?In my opinion,with the developing of techinology, our courty much value the people who have hight diploma.Therefore,many people use the fake diploma to get job or the better persition.What's more,if you have a diploma,you may be well thought of.
However,floating fake diplomaes in our society have much harmful effects .First,it's not equar for the person with real diploma.Secondly,most people holding fake diploma is the person didn't have much knowledge,and if these person in the key persition is much dangerous for the company even our country.Lastly,this station is lacking of faith.So, we must stop this phenomenon.
