摘要：A camptothecin analogue characterised in that the hydroxy lactone of thecamptothecin is a β-hydroxy lactone or the corresponding β-hydroxyacid, resulting fromthe opening of said lactone, or a derivative of said β-hydroxyacid, or a pharmaceuticallyacceptable salt thereof, is disclosed. In particular, compounds of formulae (I) and (II) aredisclosed. Methods for preparing the compounds of formulae (I) and (II), pharmaceuticalcompositions containing said compounds, and their use, particularly as topoisomeraseinhibitors and antitumoral drugs, are also disclosed.
