摘要：Optical system couples the light from lamp, or similar source, is divided intomultiple flexible macroscopic fibres for sending illumnation from center to variousremote locations. The lens and light source of focusing are arranged in thermally safeshell barrier. Light source (12) is formed outside microwave cavity by wire cage (81). Lightsource (12) is rotated to convenient for uniform plasma. Curve hemisphericalretroeflector (85), which is provided to, redirects the light from the light source (12)usually by the lens (76) in lamp to focusing. Mixed pole (90) is coupled to each condenserlens.
