Good morning!Boys and girls.Today I’d like to share you my experience in Big 4 Summer Camp. Well,have you ever heard big 4? I think most of you have. You know they are world-renowned accounting firms.Due to their decent salary,sound woking environment and clear promotion paths,big 4 are among the most popular companies to graduates. Last summer vocation,I went to Shanghai to take part in the Big 4 Summer Camp. There,I had a further understanding of these firms. Our time schedule was well made.There we attended lots of classes,such as Audit,the use of Microsoft Office,especially Excel.One of the senior told us that,provided you had a good command of Excel,you could be an efficient audit.Also,you would be popular among the staff.One essential thing I’d like to mention is that,all the files they provided were written in English,such as the fanancial report,the audit working sheet and so on.You know,they are international firms,so everything is related to English.I think reading is not tough for me,so as to you .But when you came across everything about financial or accounting terminology,it was really over my head. Besides classes,there were also lots of team work.One interesting thing was that ,every day you were in a new team.That meant you made acquaintance of different folks every day and you had to get along well with them.As a result,I knew tons of students from different universities.We have established long-term friendship and we still contact and share information with each other now.That was fantastic!

It was a conventional game in Ernst&Young.That was equiping the eggs with devices which could protect them from being broken when they were dropped from a high place.The materials they provided were not free,for example,the sticks made of plastic cost you 1 dollar whereas the wooden stick might be pricier.The winner would be those whose egg was pretty well after being dropped from a certain height with the least cost. And the prize for the winner was pretty attractive,you could get the offer to work as a winter intern in their SH offices.
Everyone was crazy for this chance.Otherwise,you have to do the on-line application, have a writting test,interview with the mananers,and finally being interviewed by the parterner.That is quit a long a way! Could you the the result of our team?Well,our egg survied in the second floor,again the third floor.But it was broken in the fourth floor.That’s really a shame!
