We all worry at times. 1 . Depending on the age, kids worry about being apart from their parents, friendships, appearance, grades, new situations, and the future. As a parent, when should you worry about worry?
Worry and anxiety are normal, especially during times of change like moving to a new city, starting a new school, and a death in the family. 2 . When your child is entering a new situation, handle worry with care and planning.
Fears. such as stranger anxiety, mild separation anxiety, and even some frights are normal. But if your child avoids situations, becomes unhappy, or is paralyzed by fear, it’s time to seek help. 3 , make a conscious effort to keep calm. It's best for parents to handle it in front of their kids when it comes to expressing worries.
4 . If your child is trying at school but struggling, set realistic goals and reassure him or her that you think they're smart and that trying hard is all you expect. If you suspect a learning problem, have your child evaluated.
General anxiety or fear about bad things happening is experienced more commonly by kids ages 9 to 14. 5 , figure it out and then solve it. Did it happen because of some traumatic event? What is culture?
Culture is an overall concept. It’s the way we greet friends or a stranger. It's how we discipline our children, how we educate them, and what we consider polite and rude, right and wrong. 1 People in the world may do many of these same things but they do them in different ways -- and that is their culture. Why increase diversity in your volunteer program?
2 If yes, do you know how to meet your clients’ (客户) needs? You may be missing out on significant parts of the population because your organization has very little idea on how to identify and meet the needs of people from all these different regions. Building a strong, diverse volunteer program that mirrors your community
will mean your organization is much better placed to reach people who need or would value your services. 3
When organizations are strongly mono-cultural (单一文化的) , their internal environments are often not inclusive of people from other cultures. 4 This diversification can improve your public profile and help you to better serve clients by being responsive to their needs Making diversity work.
You will need to take the needs of the volunteers into account. You may be dealing with people who do not have a concept of what volunteering is, who think they will get paid work from volunteering, who speak very little English or who find it very difficult to say no. 5

Chinese astronaut Yang Liwei said that he had heard a mysterious knock during his flight in space, China Central Television reported.
Yang, born in June 1965 in northeastern Liaoning Province, is China’s first astronaut and now a major general. Oct. 16, 2003, he stepped out of his re-entry module after a 21-hour flying in space. 1 .

How to Deal With Stress
Life can be stressful ; sometimes you’ll have to deal with ongoing stress positively. It is important to recognize the causes. 1 .
Get enough sleep.
Give your body the sleep it wants, and your stress levels will take a nosedive (下降). Sleep is a mechanism by which your body recovers and restores its energy reserves. 2 , your body will use stress to keep you active and alert in the absence of stored energy.
Exercise regularly.
