We are living in a world which is full of competition. Some people hold a negative attitude that our society is too cruel to live in. But to be frank, I don’t agree with them. My arguments for these points are listed as follows.
First, competition makes us creative and active. In the natural world, the weak will be replaced by the strong and the fittest can live. Therefore, people will try their best to do anything. Without it, we could become lazy and nobody would take any responsibility. Second, competition can make things efficient. If two producers are competing for business, they will lower their prices and improve their products to increase their sales.Third, competition is one of the motive forces of the development of society. There is no doubt that our country struggles for world dominance, power, or military strength. So that China becomes stronger and stronger.
All in all, competition is so important to us. Hard working and positive attitudes are keys to be a winner. What is more, learning to be competitive is clearly the best preparation for our life.
