摘要：In a device for automatic tying of packages, the raising of an arm (6) andinsertion of a package (8) to be tied, followed by lowering of the arm, automaticallydraws from a reel (29) the requisite quantity of twist-tape (7), cuts the tape away fromthe reel and ties the twist-tape into a knot. The twist-tape is the paper or vinyl tie havinga soft wire sandwiched between two layers of the paper or vinyl material.
