Ingredients:4 tomatoes,1 onion,8 ginger slices,6 rock sugar,2 spoonfuls of tomato sauce,1 spoonful of salt,1 spoonful of monosodium glutamate and 1 garlic slice.
Practice:
1.Wash the bought four tomatoes,change to a cut flower knife,put them in a container,heat the water,let them stand for 10 minutes and peel them;
2.Take 2 peeled tomatoes,dice them and put them into a cooking machine to make tomato juice and pour them into a bowl for later use;
3.Cut the remaining tomatoes into pieces for later use; 4.Wash and dice the onion,chop the ginger,and put the onion into a cooking machine to make onion sauce.Serve for later use;
5.Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot,heat it,add the beaten onion sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes;
6.Pour in the beaten tomato juice and cook for 10 minutes on low heat;
7.Pour in 6 rock sugar,a spoonful of salt,a spoonful of MSG and two spoonfuls of tomato sauce,stir-fry until the rock sugar melts,and set aside;
8.Peel and slice garlic for later use;
9.Pour the right amount of oil into the pot again,heat it,add the sliced garlic,and fry until slightly yellow;
10.Pour the cut tomato pieces,add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of MSG,stir-fry the tomato and make the juice soft;
11.Pour the cooked tomato sauce,stir-fry evenly,add appropriate amount of water or stock,and the authentic tomato hot pot base will be ready.
材料:番茄4个、洋葱1个、姜片8片、冰糖6颗、番茄酱2勺、盐1勺、味精1勺、蒜片1头
做法:
1、买回来的四个番茄洗净,改切花刀,放入容器加热水静置10分钟去皮;
2、取2个去皮的番茄切丁放入料理机打成番茄汁倒入碗中备用; 3、剩下的西红柿切块备用;
4、洋葱洗净切丁,姜切末,和洋葱放入料理机打成洋葱酱,盛出备用;
5、锅内倒入适量油烧热,放入打好的洋葱酱小火炒至2分钟; 6、倒入打好的番茄汁,小火煮10分钟;
7、倒入6颗冰糖,一勺盐,一勺味精和两勺番茄酱炒至冰糖融化,盛出备用;
8、蒜剥皮切片备用;
9、锅内再次倒入适量油烧热,放入切好的蒜片,炒至微黄;
10、倒入切好的番茄块,放入一勺盐和一勺味精翻炒番茄出汁变软;
11、倒入熬好的番茄酱,翻炒均匀,加入适量的清水或者高汤,正宗的番茄火锅底料就做好了。
