保护动物英语演讲稿

　　上周，我看了一部令人印象十分深刻的关于熊猫的纪录片。一位教授在20年代80年代早期就开始研究熊猫，他到野外生活，多年寻找野生大熊猫的踪迹。结果，他发现，正是人类，让这些可爱的动物面临灭绝。当时，许多人认为，大熊猫变少是因为新生儿的低出生率。这是不正确。人们为了利益砍伐树木，熊猫失去了家园，也没有食物吃。多亏了这些有价值的数据，政府采取了政策去保护它们。所以此刻，大熊猫的数量正在增加。人们意识到保护环境的重要性，这也是最好的方法来保护野生动物，因为它们是大自然不可或缺的一部分。

　　Last week， I saw a very impressive documentary about panda。 A professorstudied panda in the early 1980s went to the wild life and kept trace of wildgiant panda for many years。 As a result， he found that it was human being thatmade these lovely animals die out。 At that time， many people believed that giantpanda became less because of the low rate of newborn babies。 But it was nottrue。 People cut trees for making profit at that time。 Panda lose homeland andthey lacked of food。 Thanks to these valuable data， the government took thepolicy to protect the animals。 So today， the number of giant panda isincreasing。 People realize the importance of protecting the environment and itis the best way to protect wild animals， they are the indispensable part of thenature。
