On the one hand, you can get totally relaxed when you step into your house which is full of love and happiness after a day’s hard work, and this will improve your work quality. How desperate will you be without people you loved around you when you are tired and lose confidence? It must be hard. Spending time with family members does not have a negative effect on your work.On the contrary, you can accomplish your work more efficient because your brain has got enough rest.
On the other hand, you can get promotion easily with the help of your family. Firstly, your parents are full of life experience, they can teach you a lot of knowledge that you cannot get at school, such as the method of getting along with your colleague and the knack can be used in your company. What’s more, you don’t have to do all the housework by your own, and this will save your time helping you do more jobs. Finally, on your way to success, you will never feel lonely because of the encouragement from your families. As we all know, there may be failure on our way to success, and it is the energy from people we loved that encourage you to achieve your success. Besides, it is meaningless if we don’t have someone to share our success.
Being successful does not mean that you have to make a choice between your career and your family. In fact, I think being successful not onlymeans a perfect performance in your career, but also a happy family. Furthermore, you can achieve success much easier with the help of your family.
