It’s my honor to stand here to make a speech .My topic today is “I’m proud of being a teacher”.
This summer I was lucky to take part in the summer English training for primary school of of my foreign teachers impressed me morning and afternoon before classes,he always asked us to say “Teachers are the greatest profession in the world.”It influenced me very be a teacher may be not a good job,but I don’t regret my choice.
I always remembered a message from one of my happened on a spring student made rapid progress in the final sent me a said,“Dear Ms Wu,you treated me like my your help,I could not make so much for your love you forever,Ms you be happy every day.”I was excited to receive the my opinion,I just encouraged him often and taught him some learning it helped him a it,I knew my choice of being a teacher was ’m proud of being a teacher.
So, in my opinion, we teachers must pay more attention and patience to
children and above all——love them. If you give a little love to
children,you will get back a great deal.
So,I will try my best to put all my heart and soul in the ’ll regard every student as my own I’m a are the greatest profession in the world. I’m proud of being a teacher. That’s you.

Good morning, Ladies and Gentlemen, It’s my great honor to be here to have a talk with you. Today I will talk something about how to make our class active and interactive.
Three years ago , when I stepped to school to be an English teacher , I tried my best to make all the students practice the patterns in many ways, And I hope that they would get high marks in all the tests .However , they didn't care about it ,and they were not interested in my class at all.
Until one day, a boy had a talk with me. He said“I’m learning many things that are boring and useless. So I’m tired of studying. ”At that time, I realized my class was lack of active and interactive patterns. And I knew it was time to change our class.
In order to make the students concentrate on our class, we must change the
old ways we used before.
Firstly, we should be active and energetic .Because our passion can make students want to learn .And in the class we can use many simple words such as “good, excellent and well done”, because these simple words not only make them active in class, but also foster their sense of achievement in learning.
Secondly, we should make our class creative and meaningful. We can organize games or activities .As you know, activity is the key part of class. And we can use simple sentences and body language to communicate with students. We should give them clear purpose and offer them opportunities to practice, to create and at the same time allow them to fail.
The Third part is making the students feel comfortable with asking and answering questions. In order to do this, please do not criticize any questions from students .This will insure that they can continue to ask questions. Do give our students more chance to ask and answer. Then after class they will listen, read, write, and use English with interests and happiness.
Finally I want to say, I believe in these ways our students will enjoy every minutes in our class.

First , we should be energetic and encouraging .Because our passion can make class want to learn English, they will act with nature and show more potential
abilities. Also,we should praise in various ways. In our class we often say “good, very good”, the simple word not only make them active in class, but also foster their sense of achievement in future learing..
Secondly, we should make class meaningful and creative. In class, we can use the short and simple sentence, use the body language to communicate with students .We should give students clear purpose and offer them opportunities to try, to create and allow them to fail. Make sure the class relaxing and interactive, be familiar to the feeling of English language.
Coming up next is organizing games and activities .You know, activity is the key part of class. Including paired work, competitions, role play, guessing game, TPR activities, and so on. Whatever I use , I should often change the way. From students and I; student and student ;to students and students. Make all class.
The last but not the least is helping the class feel comfortable with asking me questions and answering my questions. 诚信胜于金。金子,大家都知道,那是一个闪闪发光,又有许多用的东西。但是最美的是金子吗?不,最美的是诚信。言而有信、一诺千金是我们的祖先代代相传的美德。信用即是一种无形的力量,又是一种无形的财富,还是连接友谊的无形纽带。一个诚实的人,不论他有多少缺点,同他接触时,心神会感到清爽。这样的人,一定能找到幸福,在事业
上有所成就。这是因为以诚待人的人,别人也会以诚相见。我想起小时候听到的“狼来了”的故事,从中懂得了好孩子要诚实,不能说谎。我又想起了去年的高考作文题:有一个年轻人跋涉在漫长的人生路上,到了一个渡口的时候,他已经拥有了“健康”、“美貌”、“诚信”、“机敏”、“才学”,“金钱”、“荣誉”七个背囊。渡船开出时风平浪静,不久便风起云涌,小船上下颠簸,险象环生。艄公说:“船小负载重,客官须丢弃一个背囊方可安渡难关。”年轻人思索了一会儿,把“诚信”抛进了水里。年轻人抛弃了诚信,他错了。在漫长人生旅途,他失去了最宝贵的东西。 因为,诚信就是生命。 若把人生比作树,诚信就是其赖以生存的根,滋润和庇护着它,失去这根,它就无以立足,它将腐朽堕落,失尽往日的青翠和灵性,沦为一根没有灵魂的腐木,苟活于世人鄙夷的目光中。 想到这里,我的心一阵难受,因为在我们的生活中,存在着种种不诚信现象,给猪肉注水,用福尔马林浸泡海鲜,造假酒;卖假烟。。。。。。在我的身边,也有不诚信的现象,有同学抄袭别人的作业,有部分同学考试作弊,以欺骗家长老师。要知道,缺乏诚信是要付出代价的,是会受到惩罚的,是会受到社会谴责的。 面对种种丧失诚信的现象,我要呼喊,”归来吧,诚信!”
理想托起新世纪的大学生。据调查可知,现在的大学生都比较的现实,都想实现我们自身的价值,因为我们都有自己心中的梦,心中的理想。年少时的雄心壮志对未来美好的憧憬,在心中从来就没有殒灭过,而是一直在努力的奋斗着,心血与汗水换来金秋的收获,而这一切仅是一个开始,一个雄浑瑰丽乐章的序曲。我们的生日是生命的起点,小溪流是大海的起点,种子是希望的起点,沙砾是高塔的起点,一日是一年的起点,生命的原野和人生的旅途中的起点无处不在,一个人找好了起点就等于找准了成功的方向。现实又仿佛总是残酷、无情的,理想与现实的差距,有时使我们倍感到失落。记得曾有位作家在他的文章中这样写道:小时候,当有人问我的理想是什么的时候,我总是豪气冲天的回答:“我长大要当一名科学家。”时隔20年,如果再有人问我的理想,我会很平静地说:“做一名编辑。”我佩服我小时候的勇气,也佩服我现在的清醒,毕竟这中间横隔了20年,理想也完成了它从幻想到现实的漫长历程,不再遥不可及,却是伸手可触的事。做为一个有知识、
有头脑的大学生,我们应该而且能够做出自己明智的选择,那就是面对现实,接受现实,真真正正地树立自己正确的奋斗目标。当然理想应该是切合实际的,是我们通过努力可以实现
的。我突然想起一个故事。这个故事是1943年宋美龄在美国国会上发表演讲时所引用的,故事是这样的:两千年前,在衡山磨镜台近旁有一座古老的佛寺。一名年轻的和尚来此修行,他整天盘腿坐禅,双手合十,口中喃喃念道:“阿弥陀佛,阿弥陀佛。”他唱念佛号,日复一日,因为他的理想就是成佛。寺里的主持于是也跟着拿一块砖去磨一块石头,时时刻刻地磨,一天又一天地磨,小和尚有时抬眼瞧瞧老和尚在做什么。主持只是一个劲地拿砖磨石。终有一天,小和尚忍不住问大师:“大师,你每天拿这块砖磨石头,到底是为什么?”主持回答道:“我要用这块砖做镜子。”小和尚说:“可砖是做不成镜子的呀。”主持微微一笑,道:“就像你这样成天光念佛号,也是成不了佛的。”这个充满禅意的东方古老故事,给了我们什么?我相信今天在场的每位同学都会明白,我们要有理想,但也应将我们的理想付之于行动,让实际行动来落实我们的理想,那样我们才会和着青春的节拍,摇着青春的橹桨,喊着青春的号子,沐浴着青春的朝阳,带着心中编织的梦,把握机遇,带着自信和笑容上路,永远不要等。我们有幸生活在大学这座象牙塔中,外面的人想要进来,里面的人想要出去,但从整个社会着眼,大学仍是充满神秘的精神乐园。不如今天在座的每位同学都试一下,把我们的理想比作一条以现在为起点的射线,然后把它截成若干段,把那个遥不可及的理想当作近期用我们双脚就可以走到的端点,然后再截,再走,再走,再截,终有一天,我们身后深深浅浅的脚印就会成为我们人生飞跃的台阶。我们新世纪的大学生应该坚信自己不会一无所有,坚持用于表现自我,敢于交流,把自信写在脸上,就在那一天,我们一定会成为社会大舞台的主角。新世纪的大学生们,托起自己的理想,拨亮心中的那盏灯吧。认真地计划一下自己的学习,规划自己的成长,设计一下自己的人生。新世纪的大学生们,让那只栖息在你心中的鹰,展翅高飞,掠过市井的硝烟,超越你曾有过的脆弱与迷茫,向着理想升腾的高地,向着火红的太阳,向着蔚蓝的高空,向着我

开学了。一直以来,我都是一个缺乏计划的人,做事就是心血来潮,想到什么就做什么,这样的习惯必然使我的生活一片混乱,毫无规律可言。原来不曾觉得,今年的暑假使我深深意识到这样做的后果,两个月就毫无痕迹的过去了,我似乎除了肥肉,什么也没有留下,同学都很兴奋的谈着暑假期间的奇闻轶事,以及在假期的收获,有的将假期充斥着满满的行程,有的让学习成为假期的主旋律,有的学习娱乐两不误,似乎只有我,毫无成就感可言,混混沌沌过着日子,说实话,我很惭愧,也有点无地自容。人生很短暂,每一分每一秒都应该好好珍惜,好好规划,这是我近期最大的感受。也许是应为自己长大了的关系,开始学会思索自己的人生路到底应该怎么走,自己到底应该怎样安排自己的生活。最近,在看罗素的一本书-《什么是快乐的人生,在他看来,快乐是个人身心的和谐,是个人与社会的统一,给人体的快乐对自己他人和社会都是有意义的,因此他希望每个人都成为快乐的人——以客观态度安身立命,具有坦荡宽厚的情
爱和丰富广泛的兴趣的幸福人,都能拥有快乐的人生。我觉得他说的很有道理,我为什么时常感到不快乐,就是因为我没有做到他说的那几点,所以,我决定,这学期,要好好经营我的生活。首先,要保持淡定,不被外界的繁华迷乱蒙蔽双眼,坚持做自己,不管外界环境如何变化,你依然是你自己,依然是功利心淡泊的自己,不在世俗之间做无谓的挣扎。其次,感性必不可少,但尽量在理性与感性之间做出权衡利弊的取舍。心胸坦荡,像一贯要求自己的一样,做个宽厚的好人。最后,培养自己的一门兴趣。不管是学术上的兴趣,还是娱乐上的兴趣,并且保证不三天打鱼,两天晒,了解它,并去热爱它。对周围的一切新鲜事物保持好奇心,不要被时代抛弃。每年新学期开始,就是立壮志表决心的时候,但是似乎我没有哪一次是真真正正坚持下去了的,所以,我决定这次一定要打破常规,创造奇迹。

世界上最富有的人,比尔盖茨,他是个程序员,懒的读书,他就退学了。他又懒的记那些复杂的dos命令,于是,他就编了个图形的界面程序,叫什么来着?我忘了,懒的记这些东西。于是,全世界的电脑都长着相同的脸,而他也成了世界首富。世界上最值钱的品牌,可口可乐。他的老板更懒,尽管中国的茶文化历史悠久,巴西的咖啡香味浓郁,但他实在太懒了。弄点糖精加上凉水,装瓶就卖。于是全世界有人的地方,大家都在喝那种像血一样的液体。
世界上最好的足球运动员,罗纳耳朵,他在场上连动都懒的动,就在对方的门前站着。等球砸到他的时候,踢一脚。这就是全世界身价最高的运动员了。有的人说,他带球的速度惊人,那是废话,别人一场跑90分钟,他就跑15秒,当然要快些了。世界上最厉害的餐饮企业,麦当劳。他的老板也是懒的出奇,懒的学习法国大餐的精美,懒的掌握中餐的复杂技巧。弄两片破面包夹块牛肉就卖,结果全世界都能看到那个M的标志。必胜客的老板,懒的把馅饼的馅装进去,直接撒在发面饼上边就卖,结果大家管那叫PIZZA,比10张馅饼还贵。还有更聪明的懒人: 懒的爬楼,于是他们发明了电梯;懒的走路,于是他们制造出汽车,火车,和飞机;懒的一个一个的杀人,于是他们发明了原子弹;懒的每次去计算,于是他们发明了数学公式;懒的出去听音乐会,于是他们发明了唱片,磁带和CD;这样的例子太多了,我都懒的再说了。还有那句废话也要提一下,生命在于运动,你见过哪个运动员长寿了?世界上最长寿的人还不是那些连肉都懒的吃的和尚?如果没有这些懒人,我们现在生活在什么样的环境里,我都懒的想!人是这样,动物也如此。世界上最长寿的动物叫乌龟,他们一辈子几乎不怎么动,就趴在那里,结果能活一千年。他们懒的走,但和勤劳好动的兔子赛跑,谁赢了?牛最勤劳,结果人们给它吃草,却还要挤它的奶。熊猫
傻了吧唧的,什么也不干,抱着根竹子能啃一天,人们亲昵的称它为“国宝“。回到我们的工作中,看看你公司里每天最早来最晚走,一天像发条一样忙个不停的人,他是不是工资最低的?那个每天游手好闲,没事就发呆的家伙,是不是工资最高,据说还有不少公司的股票呢!我以上所举的例子,只是想说明一个问题,这个世界实际上是靠懒人来支撑的。世界如此的精彩都是拜懒人所赐。现在你应该知道你不成功的主要原因了吧!懒不是傻懒,如果你想少干,就要想出懒的方法。要懒出风格,懒出境界。像我从小就懒,连长肉都懒的长,这就是境界。

Hello! Every leaders and teachers, Whether I am keeping out her or she is expecting me, English teaching is becoming a demanding of my life eventually and becoming a powerful testimony to embody my value of woke and life. A t first,the persist in English told me to never give up. It is well said that:” Learning is the sources of knowledge and knowledge is the guide of learning.” I made the decision to eich and equipment myself in the process of learning. 教师的职业是“传道、授业、解惑”,无论哪一样都离不开语言,有声的口语或无声的体态语都是教育教学所必须的。而教师在运用语言的过程中又必须遵循一定的规律,否则就会产生消极影响。
教师是吃“开口饭”的。教师的语言修养直接影响教育教学的质量。苏霍姆林斯基曾经说过:教师的语言修养在很大程度上决定着学生在课堂上的脑力劳动效率。陶行知也说过类似的话。这里所提的语言修养不仅仅是文字能力,更重要的是口语表达能力。文字能力再好,口语表达不行,也不能成为一个好老师。朱自清便是一个典型的例子。所以,我们还要学习如何提高自己的口语表达能力。
下面,我们就针对教师口语中的发声技巧、态势语这两个环节,来进行探讨学习。在此之前,需要先简单了解口语表达需要达到的效果,以及教师口语的基本要求。
一、口语表达基本要求
1. 清晰。口语的首条要求就是语音正确、吐字清晰,要让人知道你说的是什么,想要表达的思想感情是什么。也就是要让人听得清、听得懂,说话时要“咬字”,但不要“吃字”,
这个和普通话是否标准无关,方言也要吐字清晰。
2.流畅。不要有口头禅,有的人作报告喜欢用“这个、这个”,有的人喜欢每句后面用“啊、啊”,让人听起来很不是滋味。我们强调口语要自然流畅,是指说话时没有口头禅,不无故重复,不结巴等。话要说得流畅、干净。
3.响亮。说话是说给大家听的,除非是悄悄话,有隐私。一般说话要把音送到人家耳朵里,让人听得清楚,所以要响亮。但也不能太大,变成“喊话”。
4.口语化。口头语与书面语是有区别的,当我们写好一个书面的材料,不是读是说出去的时候,就要口语化,比如:发言稿是要说给大家听而不是念给大家听,就要口语化;演讲稿要说给大家听也要口语化。为了达到口语化的要求,不要使用过长的句子,应该多使用一些短句、散句,有时甚至仅使用体态语,(叫同学不要说话,一根食指就可以)口语的结构是松散的。
以上4点是口语的基本要求,而教师是个特殊的职业,同其他职业所使用的语言相比,教师口语又有不同的要求。
二、教师口语的基本要求
1、规范性
教师为人师表,一言一行都会被学生模仿,所以教师的语言必须规范。这种规范包括了语音规范、词汇规范和语法规范。语音规范就是要使用普通话的标准音,做到发音清晰、吐字准确。我们生活在方言区,不可能每个人的普通话都很标准,但我们至少要把学生的
名字读对,语文老师要把每课的生字读对,发不出的音,也要告知学生正确的读音。词汇规范就是不要使用方言词。语法更要规范,没有规矩不成方圆,语言也一样。我们生活在方言区,更要努力学好普通话。尤其不能使用方言教学,特别是语文老师。
2、科学性
不同学科的教学,都有各自不同的知识领域和知识系统,讲授不同学科,就要使用不同的术语、概念。如符号“0”是什么,数学老师说是一个数值,语文老师说是一个拼音字母,音乐老师讲它是一个休止符,化学老师说成氧原子,各自有别,含糊不得。所以,政治课中不能把“货币”说成“钱”,生理卫生课把“大脑”说成“脑袋”,数学课把分子分母说成“上边、下边”,等等,这些都是违反教学内容的科学性的。除了不能说错,用词还需谨慎。
3、针对性
首先是针对不同年龄、不同年级的学生,要运用不同的语言、语气、语调,小学一年级,要亲切、和蔼,初中就不能再用这样的语气,否则学生会产生反感;其次是针对不同的教育对象个体,运用不同的语言,这样才能取得良好的教育教学效果。对缺乏自信,遇事退缩不前的学生多用鼓励性、肯定性的语言,但对于骄傲自负的学生就不能再鼓励了,可能还得时不时泼泼冷水。不过多数人都是需要鼓励型,但有些人就需要鞭笞,反而发愤图强;最后,还需针对不同的教学内
容选择不同的教学口语,文科类学科教学口语强调形象生动、语言活泼、富于感情;理科类学科教学用语,与文科类相比,更讲究准确性、严谨性。
4、生动性
教师口语必须符合青少年的心理特点,要使用常用词语和一些较流行的口头词语,使语言富有生气和活力;即便是强调严谨的理科类学科,也要把枯燥的道理通过形象有趣的语言表述出来,让学生便于接受,乐于接受。

要合理运用节奏、顿连、重音等技巧以增强口语的生动性,但不能片面追求生动,否则就会华而不实。
5、鼓励性
教师要爱护学生,保护他们的自尊心,时时鼓励他们积极上进。教师语言最忌“冷”、“辣”(辛辣、讽刺)、“硬”,像“傻”、“笨”、“没救了”、“你可真行”之类的话特别伤学生的心,也许从此就一蹶不振。

三、语音技巧的运用及训练
(一)音量调节
生活中有百分之七十的小学教师有咽喉炎。很多老师说话声音不能持久,容易“哑”、“破”,或者声音稍偏高、偏响就脸红脖子粗,乃至青筋毕露。所以教师首先要会的就是正确地用气发声。
1、吸气训练:站立,胸自然挺起,两肩下垂,不能耸起,小腹微收。如闻花香一样,感觉两肋渐开,将气吸收肺底,有八成满。
2、呼气训练:呼气要平稳,有控制,要随内容和情感的变化调节呼气的快慢、强弱。
(1)数数字练习:一口气从1数到30,声音要规整、圆润,不感到挤压、力竭。
(2)数葫芦练习:一口气数不了十个葫芦,一个葫芦、两个葫芦、三个葫芦
3、音量训练:音量要适中,自己进行监听调节,调节时注意:
(1)不宜过小、过低。声音要让最后一排的人都能轻松地听见。有时适当放低音量,学生会感到亲切,但要低得合理,合度,做到:低而不虚、沉而不浊,有一定的内在力量。声音小的教师——气力不足,气流量不够。 可通过锻炼提高肺活量。
(2)不宜过大、过高。声音太大——用力过大,气流量太大,嗓子绷得太紧。 学生疲劳,也损伤老师的嗓子。用声以中音区为主,这样教师说得轻松,学生听了也不觉得累。有的老师会说:嗓子爹妈给的,我也没办法。其实音色也是可以通过练习稍稍改变的。女性:要充分打开口腔,克服声音单薄、不圆润的情况,可经常发u 音。 男性:低沉浑浊,可经常发“ i ” 可多做一些开嗓、控嗓的练习。

(3)不宜过亮。亮既和音高有关,又和音强有关。过高过大就是过亮了。过亮的声音显得尖锐刺耳、单薄,情味不浓,总之,不好听、难受。其实,音不在
高,有穿透力就行。怎么才能具有穿透力,就要做到气沉丹田,用横膈膜发力,音色暗一些,有助于沟通和交流。
(4)不宜过平。人的大脑总是接收单调的信号,容易进入抑制状态,信号要适当变换。就一堂课的教学进程而言,导入、讲授、提问、诱导等教学环节,其口语的音量应有变化,有时甚至可以有明显的落差,形成高低起伏、长短交错、抑扬顿挫的效果。
(二)清晰表达
从发音方面说,教师说话,出语要干净利落,每个字的“吐字归音”都要到位,做到字正腔圆。

流畅度是指说话的语流顺畅、完整的程度。顺畅:音节与音节、句与句之间承接连贯,不吞吞吐吐,不时断时续,不“卡壳”,不掺杂口头禅。完整:一句是一句,不说半句话,不能前言不搭后语。句与句之间、层与层之间,要有依存关系。同时还要做到答疑接话时,要反应敏捷,对答如流。
流畅和语速有一定关系,但不是越快越好。一般的发言200字/每分钟,最快不能超过270字/分钟。最慢不要低于170字/分钟。太快像放机关枪,学生应接不暇,既听不清,又记不住;太慢又像老牛拉破车,完不成教学任务,课堂气氛也容易沉闷,太快太慢都让人听着难受,不舒服。教师口语只要控制在每分钟200——250个字之间就可以了。
要想说话流畅,就要养成良好的语言习惯,平时说话就多加注意,上课时进行自我监听,看看有无出现不流畅的情况。另外就是加强备课,理顺思路,保证教学口语流畅。
