摘要：The method operates over an extended geographical area which is covered by a

cellular network of radio telephones (Z1-Zn). A call is received from a dedicated callstation which has a unique number in that area. The zone location of the user isdetermined and provided to an operator, who puts out a general call over the cellularnetwork starting with the service provider nearest the caller. When a service providerresponds, the general transmission is stopped. The caller is then put in direct

communication with the service provider. The service provider can accept or reject thecaller and in the latter case the general transmission is resumed.
