GENERAL MISSION职责概述

To trouble-shoot, repair, operate and maintain the sanitary and plumbing system of the hotel.

排除故障，修理，操作并保持饭店的过滤和管道系统。

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS职责与方法

To ensure that all sanitary and plumbing system are well maintained according to schedule and instructions.

依据安排与说明，确保所有过滤系统及管道保持完好。

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责

To record daily consumption of incoming main water meter check periodically the water tank level fill up checklist. To account the daily repair or job orders.

记录日常耗水量，定期检查水箱高度，填写清单。报告日常的请修任务。

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES技术职责

Trouble-shooting, operation, repair and maintenance of :-

排除故障，运行，维修的范围有：

Hot and cold water supply system, sewerage water treatment plant, fire and fresh water tanks etc.

冷热水供应系统，排水系统，消防器材和水箱等。

Checking periodically and recording of fresh water tank levels ensuring that sufficient (minimum) water level is maintain at all times.

定期检查并记录水箱水位，随时保持足够的水位。

Chemical treatment of swimming pool water and equipment.

游泳池水的化学处理及其设备。

Piping leakage, fire, piping, sprinkler, hosereel, wet risers, leakage due to structural defects.

管道渗漏，消防器材，喷淋器，软管，结构的缺陷导致渗漏。

Report immediately any malfunction of equipment or unusual sights to his superior and take action accordingly.

设备出故障或非正常现象，立即上报主管，并采取相应的措施。

Masonry work such as wall and floor tiles, bathtub, toilet bowl and wash basins.

土建如墙壁，地板砖，浴盆，马桶，台面盆。

Swimming pool equipment operation & pool water treatment.

游泳池设备的运行及池水的化学处理。

Respond & attend to fire alarm or emergencies as the occasion arises.

一旦出现火警或紧急情况，应立即采取紧急措施。

Maintain the area & equipment under his charge in tip-top condition in terms

of performance & cleanliness.

保持其辖区内一流的卫生及其设备良好运行。
