周末周日加班和平时休息病假事假对冲抵消后多余的工作天数。以每天8小时折算成加班时间,与平时加班时间相加。满勤为26天,不会超出26天。多余的部分天数直接按照每天8小时进行折算,遇见周末又是出差的,既计算加班工资也计算出差补贴,累加计算。
