短期外债操作流程

外汇局所需资料：

非银行债务人办理外债签约登记

1、 申请书（公司基本情况、上年度指标使用使用情况、融资需求等）

2、 外债合同正本及合同主要条款复印件，合同为外文的应另附合同主要条款的中文翻译。

3、 外商投资企业应提供批准证书、营业执照和外方股东资本金到位证明材料等文件，中资企业提供营业执照、外债主管部门批准其对外借款的文件。
