Today, the school organized all the teachers and students of grade five to visit south china botanical garden, and made a field study of \"Camellia\".

We took the school bus to south china botanical garden, and entered the park from the west gate. The focus was to visit Camellia Park, so as to study and study more quickly.

I collected a lot of information during this visit and study. I know that south china botanical garden was built in 1996, covering an area of about 60 mu (4 hectares). More than 300 varieties were collected and planted in Camellia Park.

I learned a lot from visiting and studying in south china botanical garden. I also learned that camellia flowers have different colors: pink, purple, big red, yellow and so on. The most precious variety of camellia is Jinshan tea. Unfortunately, this time we visit the tea garden in winter. Jinshan tea blooms in April every year, so we can't have a good time. I look forward to visiting the mountain tea garden again in spring to see the beautiful charm of Jinshan tea!

During my visit to south china botanical garden, I also found that every two tea trees in the Botanical Garden are planted at a distance of 1.6 meters. Camellia trees have large leaves and serrated edges. There is a camellia tree called Camellia oleifera, which originated in Hainan and is also cultivated in other provinces of Changjiang River.
