5. 社会是一所很好的大学。经过一个多星期的实习,深入社会工作,发现生活中处处都存 在值得学习的地方,比起书本上的理论,社会上学习的东西更容易学以致用。在学校 学习的时候,多少会很盲目学习这些知识用于何处,是因为自己还不知道为何而学, 学到来做什么,只有经过动手去做了,才知道出了学校之后,我需要哪些知识,需要 哪些能力。所以,经过实习,我们能更加清楚自己在哪方面还欠缺,还需要提高,从 而在剩下的这半年多的理论学习中更具有目的性和针对性,更好的完善自己,使自己 更加适合这个社会的岗位要求。在实习中,我认识到自己语言方面以及一些专业知识 方面还是欠缺,所以,在以后的学习中我将会针对我所欠缺的地方来学习,填补自己 的不足,让自己更加有竞争力的去适应这个社会,为社会做贡献。

1.1The purposes is a tehnique for measuring quantities of hemial elements present in environmental samples b measuring the absorbed radiation b the hemial element of interest. This is done b reading the spetra produed hen the sample is exited b radiation. The atoms absorb ultraviolet or visible light and
make transitions to higher energ levels . Atomi absorption methods measure the amount of energ in the form of photons of light that are absorbed b the sample. A detetor measures the avelengths of light transmitted b the sample, and pares them to the avelengths hih originall passed through the sample. A signal proessor then integrates the hanges in avelength absorbed, hih appear in the readout as peaks of energ absorption at disrete avelengths. The energ required for an eletron to leave an atom is knon as
ionization energ and is speifi to eah hemial element. When an eletron moves from one energ level to another ithin the atom, a photon is emitted ith energ E. Atoms of an element emit a harateristi spetral line. Ever atom has its on distint pattern of avelengths at hih it ill absorb energ, due to the unique onfiguration of eletrons in its outer shell. This
enables the qualitative analsis of a sample.

The onentration is alulated based on the Beer-Lambert la. Absorbane is diretl proportional to the onentration of the analte absorbed for the existing set of onditions. The onentration is usuall determined from a alibration urve, obtained using standards of knon onentration. Calibration Curve Metho
d: Prepare standard solutions of at least three different onentrations, measure the absorbane of these standard solutions, and prepare a alibration urve from the values obtained. Then measure the absorbane of the test solution adjusted in onentration to a measurable range, and determine
the onentration of the element from the alibration urve.
Part 2 The materials and apparatus Atomi absorption spetrometr; Cu hollo athode lamp; AC voltage stabilizer; oil-free gas pressor; aetlene linder; osillator; sample boat; Erlenmeer flask ith stopper inspet major ponents
to ensure operating normal. Install required hollo athode lamp. Selet “T” before turning to the poer and hollo athode lamp. Then selet
appropriate la mp urrent and preheat for 30min. Make sure eletrial meter to point to zero and then turn on
high-voltage poer.
Selet appropriate slit idth. Rotate monohromator and selet required avelength. If the poer

meter is too high or lo, adjust negative high voltage until
the meter reads full sale. Adjust light point and avelength so that the meter represents
the maximum value. Turn on air pressor and aetlene gas and ignite flame. Adjust
the flame appropriatel and preheat the burner. Injet distilled ater into the flame and ontinue to preheat the burner. Injet distilled ater into the flame after eah
sample. Selet “E”, injet blank solution into the flame and adjust
the meter to zero. Optimize analsis onditions and measure standard solution and
samples. After pletion of measurement, turn off aetlene gas valve and
then air pressor, ut off gas suppl a moment later. Selet “T” before turning off high voltage poer, derease lamp urrent and then turn off the lamp. At the same time, all
buttons should be on original positions.

Cu standard stok solution to 100 ml ith
re-distilled ater.
Plotting of the standard urve 0 ml, 1 ml, 2 ml, 3 ml, 4 ml and 5 ml of Cu standard solution are added respetivel to 6 volumetri flask ith 1 ml of 5 moll hdrohlori aid. The mixture is diluted ith re-distilled ater and mixed ell to give 0μgml,

5.00μgml of Cu, respetivel. The absorbane is measured at avelengths of 3247 ?. The standard urve is onstruted b

Finall e get the standard urve, then, the sample onentration is alulated aording to the absorbane of
the sample. In the experiment e have nine members in our group, so e an do our best in ever ork e need to do. For m ork, I am responsible for the preparation of solution and titration. What’s more, I learn ho to use and operate the AAS on the
