摘要：A spray head includes a spray head base body (2) and a nozzle plate (3). Thespray head base body (2) includes at least one liquid channel (4) for providing a liquidflow towards the nozzle plate (3). A drip-stop element (10) is located between the sprayhead base body (2) and the nozzle plate (3). The drip-stop element (10) includes at leastone opening (11) being fluidly coupled with liquid channel (4) for providing a fluid flowinto a space (6) between the drip-stop element (10) and the nozzle plate (3). At least atop portion (12) of the drip-stop element (10) is movably mounted within a spray headchamber (5) in order to perform a stroke movement. The top portion (12) is preloadedsuch that the top portion (12) rests against the nozzle plate (3) without applying anyexternal forces to the top portion (12) and the top portion (12) is lifted off the nozzleplate (3) responsive to a liquid flow being provided through the liquid channel (4) into thespace (6) between the top portion (12) and the nozzle plate (3).
