An Optimization Test Study for Milling -classification Operation System of a Poor Sulphur Gold Ore Concentrating Plant in Qinghai Province ,U Caibin .YANG HaoI,ZHOU Yichao1,YAN Faming1,ZHAO RuquanI,ZHAO JiemingI,LIU yu2 1.JiangxiKeyLaboratoryofMiningEngineering,Jiangxi UniversityofScience and Technology,Ganzhou 341000, Jiangxi,China; 2.ChangshaInstituteofMiningandMetallurgyCo.,Ltd.,Changsha 410012,Hunan,China Abstract:Because the grinding ball is big and operating parameters are not reasonable in the the sulfur gold ore dressing plant of Qinghai Province.grinding eficifency is low in milling-classiifcation operation system,the capacity is smaller and grinding ifneness is bad.Based on the previous test in the laboratory and the calculation of the half-theory formula,the ball and ratio are determined.The JKsimMet soft is taken to simulate industrial test process to find the best operating parameters in milling-classiifcation operation system and make industrial test. Good practice dictates that the JKsimMet soft can simulate the milling—classification operation and get a better result that provide a guidance for industrial experiment,the conclusions are obtain that the capacity of primary rignding increases by 6.5 t/h.metal consumption reduces by 14.29%,grinding fineness adds by 27.9%,P8o drops by 60.91%.The ifneness rignding ofthe secondary raises by 31.3%.P80 cuts down 13.31%.The rignding eficifency is improved and the capacity is increased.Milling—classiifcation operation system is better.
