The desire for good health is universal. It is almost believed by everyone that good health is an essential part of a happy life.
The best way to keep fit, in my opinion, is to do regular exercises. Just as the Chinese proverb goes, “Life lies in exercises”, exercises never fail to make us stronger and more energetic.it can not only strengthen our hearts ours muscles, but also power up our brains. In today's society, people's stress is increasingly heavy.Doing some exercise can help us take a break and release our stress. I believe only by striking a balance between work and relaxation can I have a healthy body and an intelligent mind.
2.What do you think we can do to improve our health?
Be More Active and Exercise.Exercise offers so many health benefits, it’s nothing short of a magic bullet. Something as simple as a brisk walk for half an hour a day dramatically reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and several forms of cancer, including colon cancer, one of the leading killers.
“A lifetime of regular exercise improves brain function, allows people to be active and independent in their later years, and adds years to life,” says Steven Blair, PhD, professor of exercise science at the University of South Carolina, who has helped shape federal exercise guidelines. “That addresses most of the leading chronic health threats we face.”
Maintain a Healthy Weight.Easier said than done, according to findings from a new analysis of data from state health departments.
Losing weight and keeping it off is difficult. Yet studies show that losing weight just a few pounds if you’re overweight will improve your health. If your weight is normal, work to keep it there by reining in calories and exercising frequently. A healthy diet includes abundant fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. A good diet limits refined sugars and saturated fats. One easy way to shed calories from your diet: drink water instead of sugary beverages. They account for more and more calories in the American diet.
Don’t Smoke: Quitting Saves Lives
A no-brainer. But lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer death -- and between 80% and 90% of cases are directly caused by smoking, according to the National Cancer Institute. The good news: smoking rates are falling in the U.S. And thanks to a variety of new nicotine replacement therapies -- from patches to nasal sprays -- quitting is easier than ever. One recent analysis of studies found that nicotine replacements can almost double the odds that smokers will successfully quit. New medications to help smokers kick the habit are also available. Talk to your doctor about the best strategies for success.
3.Why do we go to university?
First, going to university will greatly enrich our knowledge. Universities are equipped with proper establishments for studying and practicing, such as teaching
buildings, libraries and laboratories, so students can make the best of those conditions and get high level knowledge. Besides, instructors on campus can not only give professional guidance to students with their courses, for instance, they show students some directions to choose reading materials, but also help them solve various kinds of problems on their school work on time.
Second, going to university will make us more independent. College is a time to get away from our parents. It seems like especially for today’s younger generation, children are raised in a much easier atmosphere. We rarely have to worry about taking care of the house or supporting families, and we take it for granted that parents provide money on clothing and other goods. When we go to college, we have to think it over and learn to be independent because we live in dormitory and have to take care of ourselves. When we are in trouble, we have to become strong to solve problems instead of depending on our parents. Besides, it is very important to learn how to budget our money.
Third, going to university will broad our horizon and upgrade personal skills. It is a good chance to go to big cities for those students who come from little towns or countries. Here we meet with schoolmates from different areas of China, communicating with each other interesting stuffs about our own hometowns, to know more about the whole country. Besides, we will be introduced to many different opinions that will shape our way of thinking to be more open minded about things we have never heard of and even challenge the things that we felt formerly beyond belief.
we could easily come to the conclusion that college is an opportunity that any young adult should grasp, as it is a great intermediate period between grade school and the working life. University brings us colorful experiences, which would not be gained anywhere else, and the university education corrects our values, enhance our skills, and broad our horizons.
4.Whichisbetter: teacher-centered instruction or student-centered instruction, why?
Now we are entering a brand new era full of opportunities and innovations, and great changes have taken place in people’s attitudes towards education especially the teaching methods. There are lots of differences between the teacher-centered teaching and the students-centered teaching. According to my personal experience, I prefer the teaching method of the students-centered.
In teacher-centered teaching, the teacher often takes control of the class. He crams knowledge into students’ brains mechanically and pushes them to learn things passively. The students obey the teacher only without any own critical thinking. As time goes by, the students will develop the bad habit of relying on their instructors seriously.
Compared with the teacher-centered teaching, the students-centered seems to be more beneficial and interesting. If the class is students-oriented, the teacher would spare no efforts to inspire students to learn and encourage them to show their
initiative. The students are not spoon-fed, but they are able to take their own initiative.
Meanwhile, the teachers can improve themselves by the teaching method of students-centered. In a word, the students-centered not only makes learning active and enjoyable, but also enables the students take its own initiative. In this light, the importance of the students-centered teaching cannot be ignored in our learning.
5.Some people believe knowledge is power, some people think imagination is more important than knowledge, what do you think?
Albert Einstein once said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.” So how could, perhaps the greatest mind of the 20th century, be so concerned with the abstract, something that is the polar opposite of concrete facts? It’s because having an open mind, curiosity and the willingness to explore possibilities without limits can change both our personal world and the whole world. Most of us were not encouraged to use our left-brains in this way growing up. We were told to stick to the facts. We were told to “be realistic” and base our hopes on where we were, instead of where we could go.
Many embody Einstein’s sentiments. They are iconic minds like JK Rowling, Steve Jobs, Bill and Melinda Gates, Suzanne Collins and Steven Spielberg. These accomplished people developed a wild dream, an abstract concept, a fierce passion, and a single thought into not just a business, but a phenomenon. They have each taken us to places that we’ve never gone before, and they all believe that every human being encompasses the potential to do the same.
To grow as well-developed, kind, and thoughtful human beings, we need to use all of our senses (mind, body, and spirit) to experience life on many levels. We need to develop compassion and respect for others thoughts and imaginations as well. If we can nurture this in ourselves and strive for this newly awakened way of living, our lives will transform and our once faraway dreams will become our reality. We will prosper from our imaginations, and we will pass along the support and guidance for others to imagine and prosper as well. Together we can break these barriers and live joyful lives, filled with meaning, purpose and our personal brand of creativity.
6. Is it important for us to learn how to learn, why?
from my perspective, there is no doubt that it is very important to learn how to learn. At present, the knowledge and skills are of great number and we are not in short of these to learn. The question is how we get it efficiently. If you don’t possess a systematic learning method,it will be quite hard for you to get what you need in you brain.
only sit in front of the desk and do exercises can never succeed. When we have a right plan and use a right way to study ,we can not only save the time but also learn more. When it comes to time ,i must have to say that today we all need cherish the time.Time is water and it never come back.Since we can’t reverse time, what we can do is learn how to learn at first and then we can create more virtual wealth.
7.Some people believe it is good to celebrate western festivals in China, while others think we should encourage people, especially the young, to pay more attention to the Chinese traditional festivals, what do you think?
In my opinion, we should not indulge ourselves too much in them and neglect the bad effect they have brought. There are three main factors which lead to this phenomenon.
Firstly it bases on the economy. As China’s open-door policies, it brings not only the rapidly developing of economic, but also the melting of western culture.many foreign countries are attracted to invest in China because of the opening police. Food, drink, cloths, all these things are imported in China. So are the cultures and festivals. Secondly, business people take these festivals as opportunities to gain profits. When people have money to meet the needs of the lives, they would like to spend some on enjoying themselves, at the same time the business man would like to enjoy the profits gained from festivals. However, they do not care if the festivals are traditional or imported. The festivals are often turned into commercial gimmicks to boost profits.
Thirdly, western festivals have the cultural and historical origins in the western countries, which are not known and comprehended by most of Chinese. There are so many western festivals, including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Saint Valentine's Day and so on. Celebrating foreign festivals seems to be a fashion and today people are all crazy about it, but they throw the meaning and the culture away, just take the chance to relax themselves.
When pursing the western festivals, a number of Chinese people have gradually forgotten and lost part of the culture identity. We have our traditional Qixi Festivals for expressing the love, and Double Ninths, for respecting the olds, which less people know about, especially the youth who crazy about the Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day and Father’s Day. Chinese festivals have its own origin which formed through a long history. And all these traditions are more valuable and worth to be cherished.
Above all, western holidays brought us some entertainment, at the same time it caused some bad effects. So, when we are learning the western knowledge, receiving the foreign information, we should know more about our traditional festivals, respect them and cherish them.
8. Why so many students from China pursue study in U.S.A.?
From my perspective,it’s a trend in today’s society.more and more companys give priority to students who studied in USA.The personnel manager of the company ,to a large extend ,will choose those job seekers returning from overseas study and they
may believe that they used to be top students of the class. Many people think that studying in USA is a sign of succeed. An academic success.I do not deny that some of them are quite great students.
With the development of economy, more and more parents can afford it and they persuade their children to go to USA for study. We probably have heard that word--gold plated return. And,since the cost of study in USA went down a lot ,so there are many students from China pursuing study in USA.
9.How to prepare for earthquakes?
Method1.Preparing an Emergency Plan
1.Create a Disaster Preparedness Plan for your house or place of work. Know what you and your family are going to do before the earthquake happens. Form your plan together and go over it on a regular basis. The most important first step is understanding what to do the moment an earthquake hits.
2.Practice \"drop, cover and hold on\" until it becomes second nature. In a real earthquake, this is your number one defense. If you are outside, move into the open, away from anything that could fall or collapse like trees and buildings. Drop and cover your head from falling objects. Stay there until the shaking stops.
3.Learn basic first aid and CPR or make sure there is at least one person in the house knows it.
Method2.Preparing an Emergency Earthquake Kit
Purchase enough emergency food and water for at least three days. You should have a gallon of water for each family member, plus a few more for emergencies. Make sure you bring a manual can opener to get into emergency rations as well. Create a First Aid kit. Put together a basic tool kit that can help get out of the house in an emergency.
Method3.Preparing Your Home to Minimize Damage
1. Fasten any large items securely to the walls and floor. There are a number of specific hazards in your home that you can deal with before an earthquake occurs. The biggest danger is actually from falling objects inside your house. Luckily, these sorts of injuries can be prevented with some forethought.
2. Remove or secure hanging objects from above seating and sleeping areas. Evaluate your electrical wiring, electrical appliances, and gas connections. Do any repairs if needed. During an earthquake, faulty fittings and wiring can become a potential fire hazard. When securing appliances, be sure not to drill holes in them - use existing holes, or make loops from leather, etc., that can be glued onto an appliance.
10.Say something about Bill Gates.
William Henry Gates III (born October 28, 1955) is an American business magnate, investor, author, philanthropist, and co-founder of the Microsoft Corporation along with Paul Allen.
In 1975, Gates and Allen launched Microsoft, which became the world's largest PC
software company. During his career at Microsoft, Gates held the positions of chairman, CEO and chief software architect, while also being the largest individual shareholder until May 2014. Gates stepped down as chief executive officer of Microsoft in January 2000, but he remained as chairman and created the position of chief software architect for himself. In June 2006, Gates announced that he would be transitioning from full-time work at Microsoft to part-time work and full-time work at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He gradually transferred his duties to Ray Ozzie and Craig Mundie. He stepped down as chairman of Microsoft in February 2014 and assumed a new post as technology adviser to support the newly appointed CEO Satya Nadella.
Gates is one of the best-known entrepreneurs of the personal computer revolution. He has been criticized for his business tactics, which have been considered anti-competitive. This opinion has been upheld by numerous court rulings. Later in his career, Gates pursued a number of philanthropic endeavors. He donated large amounts of money to various charitable organizations and scientific research programs through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which was established in 2000.
Since 1987, Gates has been included in the Forbes list of the world's wealthiest people, an index of the wealthiest documented individuals, excluding and ranking against those with wealth that is not able to be completely ascertained. From 1995 to 2009, he held the Forbes title of the richest person in the world all but four of those years, and held it consistently from 2014–July 2017, with an estimated net worth of US$89.9 billion as of October 2017.However, on July 27, 2017, and since October 27, 2017, he has been surpassed by Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos, who has an estimated net worth of US$93.9 billion. In 2009, Gates and Warren Buffett founded The Giving Pledge, whereby they and other billionaires pledge to give at least half of their wealth to philanthropy. The foundation works to save lives and improve global health, and is working with Rotary International to eliminate polio.
11. Is reputation very important to us? Why? How can we build a good name?
Because it's the only thing of real worth that anyone can own.
If you establish a good reputation, it helps you immensely in that you're not having to start from scratch to build someone's confidence in you. In other words, a good reputation means that someone else is going to assume from the start that you are reputable -- all you have to do is fulfill their expectations.
A bad reputation, on the other hand, will make people avoid you like the plague -- and even if you sincerely change your ways, people are going to look at you very skeptically. Even if they give you a chance, there's going to be a significant amount of time wherein they're still wary of you and even on constant alert that you might fail them. All in all, this would be a substantial uphill battle to deal with.
Decide what you want to be known for. Ensure that your goal is to be known for something positive (perhaps being artsy and unique). When in this planning process,
do not choose a reputation that doesn't fit your personality. Don't try to come across as a prep if you can't stand being around them, or try to be a well-known athlete when you hate sports. Even though you may not have been known for a particular attribute before, it still must be something that's close to your heart- a reputation should have some truth to it.
Decide what you need to do in order to improve your reputation. It's easier to get a reputation if you are already good at what you are working at.
Once you know what you need to do, do it. Stick to your original goals. Follow through with them, or your reputation will not be consistent. Do not suddenly come to school changed. Confusion would just be triggered and many could ask what's going on. It will only make things harder for you to manage.
Do not talk to people about your new reputation habits, unless they ask you about it first. Simply let it be part of you. If others develop positive chatter about you- good! After all, that's what a reputation is; others believing you have certain characteristics.
12.Why a good social welfare system is important?
Social welfare policy is important for two main reasons.
First, these policies are important to those people who could benefit from them and could help our country by helping them. Our country has a number of poor people who could benefit from social welfare programs that are intelligently conceived and administered. This could help them out of poverty which would be a great benefit to them. At the same time this could be beneficial to our whole society. Fewer poor people would lead to less crime. More people in the middle class would boost our economyand technology can develop quickly.
Second, social welfare policies are important because our government is strapped for money. We face serious fiscal problems with the government running large deficits every year. What this means is that we have to be smarter about our social welfare policies. We have to do more to ensure that they really work so that they are not just wasting our money. We have to do this or the political backlash against such programs will be so great that these programs will probably disappear.
For these reasons, it is important and critical to have good social welfare policies.
13.What is an ideal social welfare system?
My ideal social welfare system includes such these. The endowment insurance The old couldn’t do something that can earn enough money to support their daily life, so our government should pay some pension to them. In my opinion, the people over 60 should be this kind of people. By the way, whether a person over 70 has paid the insurance when he was young, they should get the money or some other necessities of life.
The unemployment insurance
There are so many people in our country and the jobs that could be offered to them are limited, especially the new graduates. When a person, no matter need a job and he can’t find in a short time, the government should give them a hand in
order to support the in this period. The medical insurance
People in different place have varied kinds of Medicaid. People both in the country and in the city could benefit from this service. If a member old or young, in the family is suffering a serious disease and they could afford this fee, the hospital should give a treatment to the patient.
The industrial injury insurance
If a worker is injured in a work, the company should pay for all his medical costs and his personal injury. The workers should get their pension. The education insurance
Everyone should have the chance of being educated. There are many poor families in the country and they could do nothing but let their child work in the factories. At this moment, we should be offered some assists to help them. At the same time, the person who is in education should get some other welfare.
The childbirth insurance
China is the most population developing country in the word. So there would no policy to support for the idea that one should have more than one child. If they don’t compliance the birth control policy, they would be punished and pay back a large amount of money.
The homeland insurance
This insurance aims to cope with the homeless people. A child should be taken care of with special person. The youth should get education at school. The old also should be treated specially.
14.What kind of problems do the disabled people have in our country? What can we do for the disabled people?
Shut away from sight or sound, trapped in fear, malnutrition and neglect, these children are left moaning like animals
In the countryside, disabled children fare far worse. Often, they are confined within the house and kept away from outside eyes. Employees of NGOs tell horror stories of what they’ve seen: shut away from sight or sound, trapped in fear, malnutrition and neglect, these children are left moaning like animals. Sometimes they are chained to prevent escape, or to ease the pressure on parents or grandparents already struggling under poverty and shame.
‘People are uncomfortable with the disabled.
Studies of Chinese college students, and Americans from Chinese families, show strong implicit biases against the disabled, especially those with mental disabilities. Such feelings are not unique to China. Every society has long-standing prejudices against the disabled. Until the rise of sentimentality in the 19th century, mocking imitation of the elderly, the lame, the blind or the mad was common practice in Europe.
Well, the most important thing we can do for the disabled people is showing our to them.A person, without dignity of human personality ,has a hard life but a relatively easy life ,with that.Else ,we should build barrier-free transit facilities for them to give them convenience, such as the blind tracks ,disabled ramp.As civilians ,we should not occupy these facilities.
15.Science and technology have changed our life so much, what do you think our life will be like in the future?
Well ,I have watched many Science fiction movies and they shows different kinds of life in future ,one of which may probably be our life in future. There mainly exist two kinds of typical life .Life with high science and technology,or life in short of energy and people in hard life because of some problems destroy our nature environment.
Science and technology really have changed our life so much.On the bright side, the most obvious change we can see in the future is the vehicle.Driverless cars are common and roads are in the air.Buildings tower into the clouds and people work in these. In the future, everyone can reach the Internet easily and freely. If you want have some skills or learn some knowledge, you only need implant a chip with necessary progress. This means we have ultra high medical technology, and we can cure almost all the disease emerging in our life. There wouldn’t disabled people ,the blind seeing, the paralysis walking.Earth will not be the only home and Aerospace technology will lead us to the space. We have our earth two ,earth three ,earth four and so on.
On the other side, all people live hardly with deteriorating environment and humans are endangered.I do not hope that happens in the future.
16.Do you think tablets (iPads, etc.) will replace our textbooks in the future?
Well ,I think the tablet will replace our textbooks one day.
with the development of technology, everything is evolving to a convenient and fast way and so is the reading.when i was in primary school ,i carried my heavy bag on the back to and from school everyday.when i enter middle school, we could leave our books in our own desk in the classroom. However,we have nine of courses .So ,many textbooks , homework books and resources books left no place. This is my school life and i already have so many distress.I believe textbooks will still upset me without tablets.
Book made of wood it self is an inefficient way and electronics like the tablet provides us a convenient and direct way to teach and learn. We can take tablets very easily because tablets have small size and light weight. They can contain a large number of books you need.Tablets can be connected to the internet and you can
search books online in case that you need some else books and you can reach that without waiting. Also we can read books in low price,or even freely.
17.What can we do to deal with problems in personal relationship?
Acceptance of Difference
People in successful relationships do not try to force others to be exactly like them; they work to accept difference even when this difference is profound. Capacity for Boundaries
People are aware that there is a point where they stop and the other person
begins. Sadly, it is unrealistic to expect others to solve all our problems or meet all our needs – even although, at times, we may hope for this. Operate Mainly in the Present
Once relationships focus on, or repeatedly pick over past events, or else are based only on the hope that things will be better tomorrow, they tend to go off the rails. Respect for Individual Choice
It is accepted that each person has the right to decide his or her own direction in life. Any relationship then adapts to follow this. Skill in Negotiating
Once each individual has decided what they want, the couple or family are able to work out a way to fulfil these different goals without anyone having to compromise completely.
Share Positive Feelings
In a couple, this may be sexual intimacy. However, it can also just be pleasantness and kindness as it is in a family.
Problems can arise from a great number of sources, and it can frequently call for some care to help disentangle the mixture of influences. These problems can be intensified by the pressures from others to form or end a relationship, and the
general pressures from the media, which give an idealised view of couples - which is often at odds with the reality many people experience.
Do you know what you are looking for in a relationship? There are many different reasons for entering into a relationship – for companionship; for sexual
experience; to have a long-term partner; to create a family and so on.Do you know what you are looking for? Have you discussed this with your partner? If not, there is a distinct possibility that you may both end up seriously at cross-purposes.
Are you asking too much or expecting too little from your relationship? A good relationship can provide support, sexual expression, companionship and eventually an opportunity to build a joint life.If you are looking to it to provide more than this, you may be trying to get a partner to provide things that in fact only you can achieve. If, on the other hand, a relationship brings you continual grief and
unhappiness, you may be accepting for yourself a far lower level of interaction than you have a right to expect. In particular, no one deserves to be on the receiving end of physical or sexual violence.Do look for the support you need to change or even end a relationship if abuse is happening to you.
Can you talk about problems? In all relationships, there are going to be times of serious disagreement, where a conflict of interests has to be resolved. This does not mean that there is something wrong with the relationship. However, arguing the point out and reaching agreement does take a bit of skill and practice. Many
relationship counsellors suggest the best way to resolve a relationship problem is to speak for up to 15 minutes about your view of the problem. The other person listens carefully, interrupting only to clarify and to help you express yourself clearly. Then you swap over and the other person takes a similar time to explain their point of view. Finally, take 30 minutes to talk together to see if you can resolve the difference. If you don’t succeed this time, return to the problem a few days later and try again.
18.What are the good qualities of a good roommate?
Responsible
Melinda Fulmer of MSN Real Estate explains that a responsible attitude and good track record are two of the most important qualities of a good roommate. Thus, when looking for someone to share your home or apartment, it is important to first look at whether the individual has the financial means to cover her share of the rent and utilities. Next, it is important to look for a roommate that has a consistent source of income and has a history paying her bills on time. Further, a good roommate will not be reluctant to take responsibility for part of the household chores.
Respectful
A good roommate will be respectful of your property, personal space and need for privacy and they will likely do the same for you.. Additionally, a good roommate will show you basic courtesy, including asking permission before having guests over and maintaining mutually agreed upon quiet hours. A good roommate will also show empathy when you are going through a tough time. If one of you is undergoing a particularly stressful time, share the situation so extra-sensitive precautions can take place,.
Personality
Although your roommate does not need to be a close friend, you will have a more harmonious living arrangement if you live with someone with a similar personality and habits. For example, if you prefer a quiet, laid back living environment, a roommate who prefers frequent parties may not be a good fit. Being compatible with your lifestyle does NOT mean that your roommate accommodates your every demand or interest. It means that your daily living routines, habits, and tendencies align with each other enough that you can each independently function in the room without disrupting the other person.
Stable
While everyone has problems from time to time, having a roommate who is
constantly surrounds herself with drama and chaos can lead to a stressful living environment. Such individuals might also have difficulty resolving roommate conflicts constructive. Thus, a good roommate generally has stable relationships and is able to resolve conflicts without arguing or yelling and who can maintain emotional balance even in difficult situations.
19.Which is more important, genetics or environment?
I don’t think science can definitively state which is more important. I don’t think it makes sense to think one is more important than the other—your genetics aren’t static; they can shift due to environmental exposure and random mutation, but your genetics are the starting point for any shift, so that limits what can be changed.
There is a lot you can do to change the environment of an organism, and relatively little you can do to change the genetics of an organism (at least in any sort of controlled fashion). But you can’t look at how environmental changes affect an organism without also considering the genes it started with.
Studies with identical twins who were separated at birth and raised in different environments are really interesting because of the nature versus nurture debate. Based on these studies, we can say with a higher probability whether genes or the environment are more important for certain conditions or behaviors. But there are many other conditions or diseases where we still can’t tell whether nature or nurture was more important.
20.How to be a good parent?
Part1.Loving Your Child
1.Give your child love and affection. Sometimes the best thing you can give your child is love and affection. A warm touch or a caring hug can let your child know how much you really care about him or her.
2.Praise your children. Praising your children is an important part of being a good parent. You want your kids to feel proud of their accomplishments and good about themselves. If you don't give them the confidence they need to be out in the world on their own, then they won't feel empowered to be independent or adventurous. 3.Avoid comparing your children to others, especially siblings. Each child is individual and unique.
Part2.Being a Good Disciplinarian
1.Enforce reasonable rules. Enforce rules that apply to every person leading a happy and productive life — not model rules of your ideal person. It's important to set rules and guidelines that help your child develop and grow without being so strict that your child feels like he can't take a step without doing something wrong.
2.Control your temper as much as you can. It's important to try to be as calm and reasonable as you can when you explain your rules or carry them out. You want your children to take you seriously, not fear you or think of you as unstable.
3.Be consistent. It's important to enforce the same rules all the time, and to resist your child's attempts to manipulate you into making exceptions. Part3.Helping Your Child Build Character
1.Teach your children to be independent. Teach your children that it is okay for them to be different, and they do not have to follow the crowd. Teach them right from wrong when they are young, and they will (more often than not) be able to make their own decisions, instead of listening to or following others.
2.Be a good role model. If you want your child to be well-behaved, then you should model the behavior and character you hope your children will adopt and continue to live by the rules that you set. Show them by example in addition to verbal explanations.
3.Respect your child's privacy. Respect their privacy as you would want them to respect yours.
