客观存在的“有”,强调存在的状态

therebe+主语(be动词的形式与主语保持一致)

2)have:主观方面,强调“所属”关系,表示“拥有,占有,具有”(have与主语保持人称和数的一致)

It’s+形容词(+forsb.)+todosth.(对某人来说)做某事是……的

英语中,动词不定式作主语时,常用it作形式主语放在句子的开头,而将真正的主语(动词不定式)放在后面。

1)此句为英语否定结构的一种,当no用于构成否定句,主要用于名词之前,强调

否定其后的名词,表示“完全不;根本没有”。

2)run表示“液体的流动”(在不同的语境中分别有不同的用法和含义)。e.g.Thereisnofruitsinthefridge.冰箱里没有水果。

11-year-old复合形容词,修饰名词boy。注意:year后没有复数词尾-s。这一构词结构较为常见:afour-daytripa30-pagebook

11.Manyofthestudentsandvillagersneverleavethevillage.

manyof...意为“……中的许多”,表示整体与部分的关系。of后接代词的宾格或可数名词的复数形式。接名词时,名词前需要有限定词(如物主代词,these/those,定冠词)修饰。

leave在此作及物动词,意为“离开”。【拓展】

“leavefor+地点”表示“动身去某地”。

“leave+地点+for+地点”表示“离开某地去某地”。【运用】汉译英
