On behalf of our college, I am writing to invite you to be a judge for the English speech contest to be held next week.
You are a well-known English expert and admired by all students in our college. As college students, we would like to improve our proficiency both in spoken and written English. You will be greatly appreciated if you can take the time off your business schedule and serve as a judge for this contest to be held in Room 113, the Teaching Building at 7:30, on Sunday , December 4th .
