摘要：The invention provides for a deicing composition for use on airplanes, runways,streets, and the like, which deicing composition comprises (a) an alkylene polyol, (b) ananionic surfactant capable of forming a hydrophobic monolayer on the metal surfaces ofthe aircraft, (c) a hydrophylic wetting agent which is capable of associating with thehydrophobic monolayer, and (d) a coupling agent, which facilitates the associationbetween the wetting agent and monolayer.
